A complete remodel was in order for this early 1940's Cape style home. After being in the family for many years, the client wanted to maintain the same footprint but bring the home up to date. We gutted the home completely to the studs and started fresh. The floor plan was reworked to fit the wants and needs of the homeowner. The centrally located chimney was removed to allow for a new staircase to the second floor loft room and a new full bathroom.

The kitchen was enlarged for modern appliances and a breakfast bar. The bathroom features a stream shower and an on-suite laundry area. We built a stone fireplace with a gas insert in the living room. The home was completely rewired and outfitted with LED light fixtures. A large covered porch was built on the back of the home to enjoy those sunsets and relax after a long day.
